To order an outfit featured on our website, simply place your order, send us your measurements and we’ll do the rest!
If you wish to customise one, simply follow the steps detailed below to place your order.
We will take extra special care with your order and will carefully check your order details to ensure we meet your requirements.
For speedy shopping & delivery, we also offer a range of African-inspired clothing which is ready-to-wear and ready to ship such as our unisex dashiki tops.
If you are planning for a special occasions you can use our bespoke Tailor-Made service. We can help you create the perfect outfits for you and your party / guests.
How To Place Your Order
To place your order, please follow this three step process:
- Choose your outfit, size, fabric, & colour then add to BASKET;
- Take your measurements (please see our measurement guide & size guide;
- Email us at sales@africanclothingstore.co.uk with your measurements.

If you want to order the outfit displayed on our website and do not want to make any changes, you can simply add it to the Basket and send us your measurements by email: [email protected]. We will then contact you to confirm your order and requirements.
If you want to customise an outfit featured on our website, please make a note of the product code and Call us at 01438 211744 before placing your order. For example you may wish to choose a different fabric or change the dress length.

Take Your Measurements:
Once you have chosen your outfit please take your measurements using this measurement guide and size guide to help create the perfect fit. For men’s shirts, we also require your shirt size (neck measurement) to help us check your measurements.
Create Your Own Design:
If you have an idea for your own design, we would be happy to discuss your idea. Email us at sales@africanclothingstore.co.uk with details of your design with your measurements (see above guides). If your design is similar to an item on our website, please include the product number. If you have a particular fabric in mind, please include those details so we can explore the options for you.
