PAYMENT CONDITIONS 

JT Aphrique fulfils customer’s orders in accordance with our obligations under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.  We provide unique custom made clothing for men, women, and children. 

Our website displays a full product description of our products.  Whilst we make every effort to illustrate the true colours of our products, this is very much dependent on your lighting, hardware, monitor and computer settings.  Therefore, colours may vary slightly, and we are unable to guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will be the true colour of the product that you have ordered. All products and fabrics are subject to availability.  We will of course notify you by email if the product or fabric is not available and, where possible, aim to offer you an alternative.

All online payment transactions are completed through the online payment merchants, or if in store, cash or card payments will be accepted.  Payment for any items should be made in full upon the date of the order, whereby a contract between JT Aphrique and the purchaser will be formed.   The customer will receive payment confirmation once payment details are submitted and the order is confirmed. 

If you are ordering outside of the United Kingdom, your item may be subject to customs fees and duties, depending on which country the order originates from.  On orders with values larger than personal exemption laws permitted in a given region, customs charges may apply. In these cases, the logistics company will usually collect the customs fee at your door. 

JT Aphrique reserve the right to refuse certain orders should they deem necessary.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS

It is imperative that customers check the accuracy of the order form confirming all details are correct before submitting an order.  Any finalised and confirmed orders cannot be cancelled upon the commencement of the manufacturing process.  In circumstances where an order has multiple items, the manufacturing process will start on the commencement of the first item.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not happy with your purchase and we have provided the material/fabric.

If you provide your own material/fabric, unfortunately, we can only offer a 5% refund if you are not happy with the finished product.

  • Products ordered cannot be cancelled unless we are notified within 24 hours of receiving payment. Once an order is placed online, it is processed, and the production process commences within 24-48 hours. In the event that you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, adhering to the 24 hour timeframe, and JT Aphrique will endeavour to make the desired changes.
  • All our custom-made products are 100% hand-made and individually tailored according to the customer’s specifications.  Therefore, we are unable to accept returns with the exception of production error and our 100% money back guarantee. Please refer to our Exceptions to the Returns Policy for more information.
  • In the unlikely case of a production error, the customer is required to email us at sales@jtaphrique.com detailing their concern. Please include proof of purchase and photographs of the relevant person wearing the product, clearly displaying the error/s.
  • The first time a customer orders custom-made products there is a possibility that the fit will not be 100% perfect. Minor alterations of the product or size adjustments may be necessary to achieve accurate fitting. If the incorrect measurements were given by the customer or a third party, unfortunately this would not qualify as a production error and the customer would not be entitled to a refund. 
  • If any alterations are needed, customers are required to pay for all costs associated with having the product shipped back to us. We suggest that items are returned via your local post office retaining the receipt.
  • In the case of a measurement error, please include photographs showing the incorrect measurements or the areas, which the customer feels dissatisfied with (holding a measurement tape to illustrate the measurement error). If the request for return is approved, the customer will be notified and refunded within 1-5 working days upon receipt of proof of purchase and the returned item.
  • Any additional measurements or style detail, and/or alterations to measurements and style details should be emailed to sales@jtaphrique.com, or alternatively, contact us via 01438 211744 within 24 hours of placing your order. 
  • As we care for our customers, if we suspect the measurements are incorrect, we will contact you by the email / telephone number you have given. 
  • In the case of refund, the client will be eligible for a full refund less the cost of any shipping costs previously incurred as these are considered complete at that point. 
  • Orders will only be refunded by the original method of payment less the cost of shipping and any credit card fees.
  • Should there be a discrepancy in the invoice you receive, please email sales@jtaphrique.com to rectify the issue. 
  • JT Aphrique retains full discretion on whether a product is deemed faulty or not.
  • Gift Vouchers or Promotional Vouchers purchased online through our website are non-refundable. 

DELIVERY

The estimated standard delivery time for a tailor-made item is 2-3 weeks. Occasionally, the delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delay/strike, limited availability of a particular fabric, or natural disaster. In these circumstances, delivery may take slightly longer, and customers will be notified by email or telephone regarding the progress of their order.

All products will be delivered to the address given by the customer as the shipping address.

Our products are shipped worldwide immediately upon completion of your item. Separate shipping charges for each item ordered will apply.
