Our website displays a full product description of our products. Whilst we make every effort to illustrate the true colours of our products, this is very much dependent on your lighting, hardware, monitor and computer settings. Therefore, colours may vary slightly, and we are unable to guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will be the true colour of the product that you have ordered.
All products and fabrics displayed on this Website are subject to availability and all orders are subject to acceptance. We will of course notify you by email and / or telephone if the product or fabric is not available and, where possible, aim to offer you an alternative.
All online payment transactions are completed through the online payment merchants, or if in store, cash or card payments will be accepted. Payment for any items should be made in full upon the date of the order. The customer will receive payment confirmation once payment details are submitted and the order is confirmed. If you are ordering outside of the United Kingdom, your item may be subject to customs fees and duties, depending on which country the order originates from. On orders with values larger than personal exemption laws permitted in a given region, customs charges may apply. In these cases, the logistics company will usually collect the customs fee at your door.

RETURNS
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee if you are not happy with your purchase if your item is produced with our fabric. Due to the bespoke nature of custom made or tailor made items you can only return items which are produced with our fabric, are faulty, do not fit their description, or meet with your instructions. Please see Exceptions to the Returns Policy. If our order is faulty in any way, please contact us on 01438 211744.
If you wish to arrange for goods to be returned, please contact customer services on 01438 211744 quoting your order number and reason for return. Instructions on how to return your order to us will be provided. Once we receive the returned product, we will replace or refund as required.
